Heat resistant belt above 100 °C
Maximum heat resistance of noramal PU timing belts is 80-85 °C. In a number of applications there is a demand for timing belts capable to transfer torque with working temperature above 100ºC. Our target is to create these products.
VFFS FDA belt
In packaging and pharmaceutical industry there is a need for VFFS belts free from toxic ingredients.These products directly contact food or drugs. Both the teeth and the conveying layer should be manufactured from FDA material. In the construction of the products all details on the surface are put aside where contamination and bacteriums can be settled down.
Pu belt with cast soft layer
For timing belts used for transfer purposes the requirement is that teeth should be strong, wear and tear resistent while the back should be soft with great frictional factor on one hand and good heat resistance on the other. Engineers usually meet this requirement with glueing two layers together. However there are applications where using glue is prohibited due to severe food industry regulatations. In these cases the solution is the double cast technology where two layers are moulded together. As a consequence the two different materials with different hardness behave like one substance.
Silicone timing belt
The timing belt is made of silicon in order to tolerate heat above 200ºC. Thiese products can suffer less dynamic stress than Pu timing belts, but can be used for transfer in extreme heat.
We are enlarging our range of products with a new product which can be dismantled, assebled with changing flexible insert in case of disc breaking because of fatigue.
