Double Layer, Double Durometer FDA Sausage Belts with Cast Backside Coating
Mechanical and Chemical Properties:
- Made of environmentally friendly materials
- Base belt FDA PU with stainless steel cords and PAZ
- Cast, truly endless backside coating with nobs from soft FDA PU or FDA silicone, no glue is used, no cut in the coating
- Hardness: PU Base belt 92 Shore A, outer layer with nobs PU 50-80 ShA, silicone 40 ShA
- Heat resistance on operating temperature 80°C (on short run up to 100°C)
- Good behavior at low temperature
- Very good resistance to hydrolysis
- Good resistance to abrasion
- Good resistance to oil, solvents, hydrocarbons
- Loadability is equal with normal PU timing belts
