FDA Quality Timing Belts
Bervina offers truly endless timing belts made of FDA material that can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, because the material allows the belt to get in direct contact with the goods. The belts are made of environmentally friendly components, non-toxic materials with stainless steel reinforcement.
These endless belts have a hardness of 60–90 ShA (PU) 40-60 ShA Si, and are available in the length of 150 – 1500 mm.
At the backside different profiles and cleats are available for designing and manufacturing. Our best new product is the FDA VFFS belt which is made of FDA polyurethane base belt and silicone cover.
